Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR matters across the Group's regional entities within Southeast Asia (SEA).
  • Enhance the performance management framework to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Establish and maintain HR systems, procedures, and policies across the organization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support organizational growth through initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Identify training needs and oversee the implementation and evaluation of training programs.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the re/insurance industry
  • Regional HR experience within Southeast Asia is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
