Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Working Location: West
  • Salary Package: Up to $3500 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions via Active Directory / M365.
  • Support network connectivity, printers, and AV equipment.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow through to resolution.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of support requests.

Requirements

  • NITEC and Diploma in IT or related field, with at least 1 year of desktop support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiar with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and endpoint security.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and respond to onsite incidents promptly.
