What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and support the recruitment and onboarding process with accuracy
  • Maintain and update employee records with utmost confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely, error-free submissions
  • Respond to employee queries and help maintain a smooth HR operation
  • Support training logistics and internal communications

  • A highly reliable team player who follows through and meets deadlines
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in handling data and documentation
  • Some experience in HR or admin roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with tech tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
