The Opportunity

  • Salary: $20–$25/hour, subjected to experience (gross up to $3500+)

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration

Job Description

You will assist the Records Management Department with record management tasks, including:

  • Manage system access, user support, and coordinate with IT for issue resolution
  • Oversee hardcopy file administration, onboarding, RFID tagging, and updates
  • Conduct records appraisal and support digitisation and digital file management
  • Maintain structured digital repositories, including OneDrive folders
  • Coordinate agreements, file transfers, and physical/digital collection logistics
