Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the customer experience by improving product documentation across the Huawei Cloud platform—making our services more discoverable, intuitive, and user-friendly for both end users and developers.
  • Own and drive content quality: identify gaps, revise existing documentation, and ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all touchpoints.
  • Understand our users deeply by conducting user research, analyzing product usage data, and studying competitors to uncover what users really need—and how to meet those needs with better docs.
  • Close the feedback loop: gather and synthesize input from internal stakeholders and external users to inform documentation strategy and prioritize improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, solution architects, UX designers, and marketing to create the right content, at the right time, in the right format.

Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in communications, technical writing, computer science, artificial intelligence, or relevant fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience writing technical documents for AWS or Azure cloud services, and experience writing technical documents for developers and end users.
  • Experience using AWS or Azure cloud services or knowledge of cloud native, database, big data, artificial intelligence, and other cloud technologies.
  • The ability to read and write basic sample code in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, and Go.
  • Strong learning abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and experience in working with the product manager team.
