Roles & Responsibilities

On behalf of one of its clients in the creative industry, The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting a Senior Account Manager.

The senior account manager will assist the Strategy Director in managing retail and communication projects, build the prospection plan and tools. The successful candidate must be an approachable team player and be open-minded, interested in the design world.

He/she will work along with big retailers/FMCG/Health and F&B brands on creative and innovative solutions in the store environment. Candidates should be able to efficiently and creatively contribute to an ambitious growth agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one key client account and oversee the execution of all related projects
  • Mentor junior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure consistency
  • Review and ensure the quality of all project deliverables
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules to proactively identify risks and track milestones
  • Participate in the design thinking approach and in the creation of inspirational design presentation to translate our work
  • Own and manage the client briefing process to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Propose trend analyses, conduct market research, and benchmark competitor activity
  • Manage the development, negotiation, evaluation, and recommendation of creative proposals
  • Foster strong internal and external working relationships to drive collaboration
Requirements
  • Fluency in English is required
  • An ability to speak French would be a plus as a lot of our clients are French, based in France
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in an agency or consultancy environment
