Position Overview

Our client is seeking a strategic and driven leader to join a high-performing financial services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value-added solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale business operations with a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence
  • Provide expert financial insights and advisory support for clients with mid to high-level complexity
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals to achieve performance and development goals
  • Drive business development efforts by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Expand professional networks and collaborate with key stakeholders to grow the firm's market presence
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage and execute special assignments such as interim CFO roles, finance transformation initiatives, and critical accounting projects

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications
  • Brings minimum 8 years of experience in public accounting or commercial finance environments
  • Experience in financial services or fund administration is advantageous
  • Possess regional finance operations experience is a plus
  • Demonstrates strong technical acumen and a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset
  • Skilled in preparing high-quality reports and presenting complex information clearly
  • Committed to excellence, able to perform under pressure, and passionate about team leadership
