Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for FI/CO application development and maintenance, including configuration and upkeep of master data.
- Work on SAP integrations and data migrations across systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development and enhancements, particularly in reports and data conversion.
- Manage and close support tickets within SLA, proactively addressing recurring issues through process improvements.
- Monitor ticket backlog and ensure it remains under control.
- Handle IDocs and interface activities with non-SAP systems.
- Ensure production system security and smooth business process operations.
- 8+ years of functional experience in Financial Accounting and Controlling across diverse industries.
- Multiple full lifecycle SAP FI/CO implementations and upgrades.
- Proven expertise in migrations and post-implementation support.
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA customization; S/4HANA certification is required.
- Strong knowledge in:
Financial Accounting (FI): General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting (BA), Asset Accounting (AA).
Controlling (CO): Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), FSCM Credit Management, and basic Treasury functions. - Deep understanding of cross-functional customization with BI, SD, and MM modules.
- Hands-on experience in version upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Practical experience in IDoc processing.
