Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Programme Staff to support the planning and delivery of recreational, educational, and enrichment activities at kindergarden/student care centres. The role involves engaging participants in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment while assisting with daily operations and programme coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and conduct activities for children, youth, and community groups.
  • Supervise and engage participants to ensure safety and active involvement.
  • Prepare and maintain programme areas, materials, and equipment.
  • Handle administrative duties, including attendance, reports, and documentation.
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to improve programme quality.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
  • Passion for working with children, youth, and the community.
  • Good communication skills in English (other languages an advantage).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexible with working hours; occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
  • Prior experience in childcare, education, or programme facilitation is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
  • No weekend work unless required for events.
  • During school holidays: rotating shifts between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
