Role Overview

As a Restaurant Captain / Floor Supervisor, you are a key leader on the service floor. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, lead by example, and provide exceptional hospitality that reflects our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth, efficient service and uphold restaurant standards
  • Deliver warm, attentive guest service throughout the entire dining experience
  • Supervise and support service staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
  • Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Actively promote menu items and provide thoughtful recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place across the floor and service stations
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating when necessary
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Participate in training programs and support team development
  • Lead by example in professionalism, grooming, and conduct
What We're Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory/service role in a high-end restaurant

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus

Communication: Strong English skills, both spoken and written

Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team with a positive and proactive approach

Mindset: Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

Flexibility: Able to work weekends, public holidays, and adapt to evolving environments

Presentation: Professional grooming and a polished personal style

Passion: A love for hospitality, food, and creating memorable experiences
