Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal IT risk, audit, and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with MAS and industry standards.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate emerging technology risks, provide risk management guidance to stakeholders, and drive initiatives to strengthen IT controls and compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage IT-related audits, regulatory inspections, self-assessments, and reporting, ensuring timely closure of findings and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to review, streamline, and enhance IT risk management processes, implement best practices, and promote risk awareness across the organisation.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT governance/risk management, preferably within financial or payment sectors; familiarity with MAS and CCOP guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MAS, PS Act).
  • Professional certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP or CRISC are advantageous
