Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose:

The Logistics Administrator performs the system tasks on logistics processes and documentation. He/She liaises with external parties to facilitate the shipping logistics process, monitors the material movement and prepare relevant documents for both inbound and outbound processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP
  • Preparation of Delivery Notes, Packing List and Manual Invoices for shipments
  • Ensuring all outbound shipments as per order and on time
  • Filing of inbound and outbound documents
  • Support and arrange RTV, Sample, projects parts to suppliers and oversea inter-company
  • Support indirect materials shipment for all departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum O / A Levels or Diploma in Logistics
  • Preferably with 2 years' of experience in supply chain environment
  • Understands fundamental supply chain/logistics processes
  • Pays attention to details and able to stay focused
  • Able to adapt to the changes in ramp up / down volume
