
Logistics Administrator

Purpose:
The Logistics Administrator performs the system tasks on logistics processes and documentation. He/She liaises with external parties to facilitate the shipping logistics process, monitors the material movement and prepare relevant documents for both inbound and outbound processes.
Responsibilities:
- Performing Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP
- Preparation of Delivery Notes, Packing List and Manual Invoices for shipments
- Ensuring all outbound shipments as per order and on time
- Filing of inbound and outbound documents
- Support and arrange RTV, Sample, projects parts to suppliers and oversea inter-company
- Support indirect materials shipment for all departments
Requirements:
- Minimum O / A Levels or Diploma in Logistics
- Preferably with 2 years' of experience in supply chain environment
- Understands fundamental supply chain/logistics processes
- Pays attention to details and able to stay focused
- Able to adapt to the changes in ramp up / down volume
