Chef de Partie

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Bearded Bella. This role is perfect for a skilled and motivated chef who takes ownership of their section, thrives in a busy café environment, and works well as part of a team. If you love creating quality food and want to grow your career in a supportive, creative kitchen, this could be the role for you.

What you'll do:

  • Manage your section – oversee prep and service with consistency and efficiency.
  • Work as a team – communicate clearly on the line and support fellow chefs.
  • Maintain standards – ensure food safety, hygiene, and presentation are upheld.
  • Develop skills – refine your craft under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Contribute ideas – bring creativity to specials and help improve recipes.
  • Take responsibility – be proactive, organised, and reliable in your work.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Commis or Chef de Partie in a café or restaurant setting.
  • Strong cooking skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organised, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.
