Roles & Responsibilities

Contracts Administration:

Prepare, review, and process leasing agreements, renewals, and amendments.

Ensure all contract terms and conditions comply with company policies and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract documentation is complete before vehicle delivery.

Administrative Support:

Manage and update leasing records, customer databases, and contract tracking systems.

Assist in invoicing, deposit handling, and payment tracking for lease agreements.

Coordinate with finance and operations teams on contract-related matters.

Handle customer queries related to contract terms and documentation.

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with customers to obtain necessary documents for contract processing.

Communicate contract-related updates and follow-ups with internal teams.

Support leasing executives in handling customer contract-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the automotive or leasing industry is an advantage.
