Job Title: Kitchen Crew & Delivery Rider (S-Pass)

Location: Jurong West

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Shop Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Crew & Delivery Rider Member to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic.

You will be responsible for preparing pizzas, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen area. You will also be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely, safe, and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and customer specifications
  • Assist in the preparation of other menu items (salads, sides, etc.)
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (ovens, pizza cutters, mixers, etc.)
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including countertops, cooking tools, and appliances
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory control and restocking of ingredients and supplies
  • Work closely with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
  • Support other kitchen operations as needed, including dishwashing and general cleanup
  • Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a safe, timely, and friendly manner
  • Ensure that orders are correctly prepared and complete before leaving the store
  • Ensure all deliveries are made within the designated delivery area and in accordance with company standards
  • Collect payment for orders (if applicable) and provide correct change or receipts
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff regarding any issues with orders, customer requests, or delays
Requirements:
  • S-Pass Only
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Must be physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
  • Valid Class 2B or Class 3 driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and make correct change
