Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

You will assist in the daily tasks of the Quality Service Unit for the Syariah Court (SYC), including:

1. Addressing SYC clients' queries over the phone and via emails

2. Attending to walk-in clients

3. Providing administrative support to the QS team as needed

4. Any other duties assigned by the QS Manager

Working Arrangement:

Duration: 3 Months (extended up to 1 year)

Working Hours:

Mon to Thurs – 8am to 5.30pm

Fri – 8am to 5pm

Location: Lengkok Bahru

Salary: $2500/Month

Requirements:

1. Diploma in any discipline. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant work experience will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with multiple IT systems

3. Good communication and writing skills

4. Organized with good time management skills

5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

6. Passionate about serving the community
