Roles & Responsibilities

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

You will be an integral member of our world-class Freight team, responsible for ensuring smooth fulfillment of orders and shipments for customers across more than 60 countries worldwide. The incumbent will be equipped through multi-disciplinary training, in order to maintain and enhance our fundamental operational processes.

Our Freight team is essential for enhancing our customers' experience and supporting key partnerships programs with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organizers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage port-to-door/ door-to-door freight operations for the assigned region, including the relevant shipping documentation and administration (invoice validation, document archiving, TMS management etc.)
  • Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of both regular orders and pre-orders shipments, liaising directly with service providers to resolve in-transit issues
  • Collaborate with Freight team members to explore solutions and innovate around operational constraints
  • Maintain strong communications with the wider organization, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are updated on Freight-related matters (Fulfillment, Supply & Demand)
  • Partner with Vendor Management to actively raise & resolve vendor-related e.g. non-compliance with SOPs, container space allocation failures etc
  • Drive process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Remain updated on the assigned region's shipping and customs regulations
  • Analyze and contribute to monthly operational reports, providing action plans for improvements
  • Ensure accuracy of data used in dashboards and reports for daily operation monitoring and identify discrepancies to the relevant stakeholders to maintain data integrity
  • Be the technical subject matter expert on logistics processes and role model as a senior member of the team
Requirements
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound shipments (FCL/LCL) along with shipping documents such as BL, PL, CI.
  • Solid understanding of the Shipping Incoterms (i.e FOB, DDP, DAP)
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Operations/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or a relevant field
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and overseas counterparts on both technical and non-technical matters
  • Decisive, action-oriented, results-focused
  • Fast learner and creative problem solver who seeks continuous improvement and process innovation
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines and diverse situations
  • Intrapreneurial mindset – takes ownership, shows initiative, and adapts well to different characters and situations
