Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Area Business Cutover Lead will manage cutover activities for multiple enterprise process areas during SAP S/4 HANA deployment. The role involves leading cutover planning, testing, execution, and communications while ensuring business continuity and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all cutover tasks and deliverables within assigned process areas, ensuring timely execution.
  • Collect and share tasks from process teams with the cutover team.
  • Collaborated closely with the Global Cutover Lead to integrate cutover tasks, ensuring seamless execution of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Operational Readiness Checks (ORC).
  • Represent the process area in cross-functional meetings and drive cutover alignment.
  • Assist with process-specific TDSA exit activities as needed.
  • Lead testing and execution of cutover plans during Dress Rehearsal and Production.
  • Work with the global cutover lead to drive cross functional communications, ensuring readiness and smooth cutover execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cutover-related queries & activities for the area process teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in cutover or ERP deployment (SAP S/4 HANA preferred).
  • Project Management: Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., MAKE, PLAN, LOG, OTC, MTO, etc).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
