
Bar Supervisor

The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and contributing to a lively lounge atmosphere. This role requires excellent mixology skills, creativity, and a strong passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation: Craft a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and creativity.
- Customer Service: Interact warmly with guests, take drink orders, and ensure excellent service throughout their visit.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the bar station to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing bar inventory, including tracking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Upselling: Recommend and promote signature cocktails, premium spirits, and drink pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the beverage menu, introducing seasonal or unique offerings.
- Compliance: Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous bartending experience in a lounge, bar, or similar setting; knowledge of mixology and cocktail trends is essential.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity: Passion for crafting innovative cocktails and providing unique guest experiences.
- Education: WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or similar qualifications are a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Work Eligibility: Singaporean/PR preferred due to limited foreign worker quota.
