Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify, assess, and establish strong relationships with potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers/vendors while ensuring optimal commercial terms.
  • Track and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and timely delivery.
  • Manage procurement processes, including generating, validating, and updating purchase orders in alignment with project requirements.
  • Review, compare, and analyze products and services before approving purchases.
  • Maintain and update procurement data in relevant tools and systems.
  • Source and onboard new suppliers while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procurement procedures.
  • Ensure all supplier contracts are up to date and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
  • Coordinate office IT matters, including liaising with external technical support for troubleshooting and managing IT assets such as hardware, software, and email setups.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in negotiate strategic partnerships, source materials, and manage supplier relationships.
