In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing innovative applications for overseas specialty raw ingredients, ensuring that these applications meet the specific demands of Southeast Asian and Chinese markets. You will work closely with the Raw Ingredients R&D team to translate research into actionable product solutions, drive market adaptability, and enhance product competitiveness across regions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless product introduction and market success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment, contributing to cutting-edge product development while supporting the company's international growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Application R&D for Overseas Ingredients:

  • Transform overseas raw ingredients into products that meet targeted market needs.
  • Lead the application of these products in Southeast Asia, China, and other markets, ensuring competitiveness.

- Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to understand demand, trends, and technical requirements in Southeast Asia and other regions.
  • Develop product application strategies based on market feasibility and consumer needs.

- Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Raw Ingredients R&D team to align product development with market insights and application needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective product launches, training, and technical support.

- Technical Support & Product Optimization:

  • Provide technical support during product launches to help customers understand the product and its advantages.
  • Continuously improve products based on market feedback, ensuring they remain relevant and competitive.

- Cross-Regional Product Standards:

  • Develop product standards to meet both overseas and Chinese market quality requirements.
  • Ensure consistent documentation and support for product promotion teams.

- Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient product delivery.
  • Regularly report to management on project progress, market feedback, and product performance.

Experience and Background Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in application R&D, particularly in overseas markets, with the ability to develop innovative applications based on the characteristics of overseas raw ingredients.
  • Proven track record in transforming overseas raw ingredients into successful market products and successfully promoting them in Southeast Asia and China.
  • Experience in cross-department collaboration, working closely with sales, R&D, and marketing teams to drive the successful execution of application R&D projects.
  • Expertise in the R&D and application of overseas raw ingredients, particularly for Southeast Asia markets.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, optimize products, and adapt based on consumer demand.
  • Knowledge of technical requirements in Southeast Asia and China, with the ability to coordinate cross-regional applications.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; knowledge of Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Malay, Thai) is a plus.
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative ability to adapt raw ingredients into marketable products.
  • Collaboration: Effective team player, working with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product success.
  • Customer-Focused: Understands and adapts products to meet market demands.
  • Project Management: Efficient in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
