Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for SimHub, guiding the company through its next stage of growth as a global leader in CAE and simulation software innovation. The CEO will be responsible for driving business expansion, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the company's commercial, technical, and operational success across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's strategic vision, business model, and global expansion roadmap.
  • Lead capital raising activities, investor relations, and engagement with government agencies (e.g., EDB, A*STAR).
  • Oversee corporate governance and ensure regulatory compliance in Singapore and other jurisdictions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team and cultivate a strong organizational culture.
  • Represent the company externally with clients, partners, regulators, and the public.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and product directions aligned with the company's core mission.
  • Guide corporate resource allocation across R&D, sales, operations, and talent acquisition.
  • Monitor and manage business performance metrics, ensuring accountability and progress toward financial and impact goals.
  • Position SimHub as a leading deep-tech innovator in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in founding, scaling, or managing a company.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate both startup agility and enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise software, R&D commercialization, or CAE-related markets is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and working with public institutions or innovation agencies is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
  • Strong commitment to innovation, integrity, and long-term impact.
