Overview

We're looking for a Platform Engineer with a passion for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern platform infrastructure. If you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience, thrive in containerized environments, and enjoy solving complex problems with automation and scalability in mind — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Elasticsearch clusters in containerized environments to ensure high availability and performance
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Kibana — from deployment and configuration to role-based access control and custom feature enhancements
  • Maintain and enhance Docker infrastructure, ensuring smooth orchestration and reliable platform services
  • Activate and manage observability tools to provide visibility, proactive monitoring, and intelligent alerting across the platform
  • Implement and uphold platform security practices within Kibana and related systems
  • Streamline and automate CI/CD pipelines using Git-based tools, improving deployment speed and reliability
  • Troubleshoot, tune performance, and keep systems running efficiently through regular maintenance and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform improvements and new capabilities

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, or related roles
  • Proven expertise in deploying and maintaining Elasticsearch clusters
  • In-depth knowledge of Kibana, beyond dashboards — including permissions, configuration, and functional customization
  • Operational experience managing Docker Swarm clusters
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and tooling (a plus)
  • Understanding of observability concepts and tools for monitoring and alerting
  • Knowledge of security best practices for data platforms
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows
