Roles & Responsibilities

  • Basic Salary: $2,200 – $3,300 (Based on experience)
  • Shift Allowance: $250 + OT Payable
  • Guaranteed Monthly Bonus
  • Yearly Performance Bonus – UP TO 5 MONTHS
  • Salary Increment up to 9% after just 1–2 weeks training
  • Annual Flexi Benefits: $1,700
  • Annual Leave: 15 Days (Up to 22 Days)
  • 8 Hours Rotating Shift (No overnight shift)

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive maintenance checks on aircraft systems, including structural, electrical, and electronic components.
  • Fabricate and perform approved minor repairs on airframe sheet metal parts, electrical wiring, and subsystem assemblies.
  • Conduct operational checks on aircraft systems and components using appropriate test sets/tools to ensure serviceability and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong passion for aerospace and aircraft maintenance.
  • Willingness to commit to shift work.
