  • Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of bunkering operations with other business units
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the bunkering or related real estate and property industry
  • Strong understanding of bunkering operations, supply chain management, and logistics planning
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
