Roles & Responsibilities
  • Maintain good relations with the stockholders and client.
  • Establishing a proper two-way understanding for both the company and client.
  • Submitting the PR reports and statements.
  • Attend to visitors to our site office – Direct visitors to our assigned meeting room and assist in setting up the necessary for meetings.
  • Day-to-day meetings with Clients and stakeholders – To keep track, joining for in-office and on-site meetings. Taking note of items discussed and preparing of minutes.
  • Join engineers for on-site distribution of Public Relation letters to residents and affected stakeholders and communicating the upcoming work in general to the parties.
  • Attend to feedback from Client or Public in relation to our work on site. Understand, follow up internally to resolve any potential concerns and issues and revert to caller to close up matter.
  • Preparing cube test forms and coordinate with dispatch on weekly basis.
  • Keep track of test reports and filing into company hard disks for record.
  • Scanning of documents for record or sending to clients and sub-contractors.
  • Assist in the preparation of notices to be displayed in public areas such as printing and lamination etc.
  • Assist in coordination for events involving our clients, sub-contractors, partners and company staff.
