The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work in leading airhub in Asia
  • Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6.00pm
  • Location: East
  • 12 months contract (Yearly renewal subjected to individual performance)
  • Salary: up to $3700

The Talent

  • Min 2 years of Events ops experience
  • Willing to work on weekends (entitled for off in lieu)
  • Basic knowledge of Audio Visuals Setup

Job Description

  • Be the main person on-site for events, handling setup like AV, furniture arrangements, walls, and stage.
  • Make sure the venue is cleaned and reset after each event. Work with facilities and other teams to prepare the space for the next event.
  • Keep track of equipment and suggest replacements when needed.
  • Help with any technical or AV issues during events.
  • Coordinate event schedules and support maintenance planning.
  • Support the Workplace Services team with general office operations during off-peak periods.
