We are currently hiring for a Technical Writer role. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who enjoys creating high-quality technical content and documentation for developer audiences, with a focus on CI/CD, container technologies, and monitoring tools.

Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: 1-year extendable contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product guides, tutorials, code starter kits, technical blogs, and demos for CI/CD, Containers, and Monitoring products.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts into clear and accurate documentation for developers.
  • Work with product managers, designers, and developers to define content strategy.
  • Lead pilots to evaluate content formats and build a cadence for documentation.
  • Ensure consistency, timely updates, and continuous improvement of content.
  • Research industry trends and bring in best practices from leading tech players.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical writing for developers/technical users. (More than 10 years considered for senior role.)
  • Experience documenting cloud-based products or familiarity with cloud technologies.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with well-known style guides.
  • Preferred: Background in IT/software development, experience with graphics/video content.
