Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Position Title: Staff Nurse
  • Working Location: Islandwide
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 9am-5pm; Sat half day)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an orthopaedic setting, adhering to clinical policies and procedures.
  • Assist orthopaedic physicians during examinations and treatments, potentially involving various types of musculoskeletal issues, ranging from fractures to chronic conditions.
  • Administer medications, injections, and IVs as ordered by the orthopaedic physicians.
  • Manage patient records to document care provided, treatment plans, and patients' progress.
  • Sterilize instruments and ensure that the clinic environment is clean and hygienic.
  • Monitor and restock medical supplies as required.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up care.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
