Key Responsibilities:

1. Membership Management

  • Oversee the full membership journey including acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and sustain a loyal member base.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and adapt offerings based on feedback and trends.

2. Club Operations

  • Manage the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning and a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and high service standards.
  • Optimize operational workflows through effective use of digital tools and resources.

3. Program Curation & Execution

  • Collaborate with wellness professionals to develop a variety of relevant programs, workshops, and events.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all activities in line with the club's mission and member interests.
  • Regularly evaluate program success and implement improvements based on member feedback.

4. Member Engagement & Support

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-driven atmosphere.
  • Proactively interact with members to understand their goals and provide personalized support.
  • Resolve issues professionally and ensure a consistently high level of member satisfaction.

5. Partner Relations

  • Build and maintain partnerships with wellness practitioners, brands, and service providers.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and create collaborative initiatives that benefit members.
  • Coordinate exclusive partner-led promotions, experiences, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in club, wellness, or fitness management.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in multitasking.
  • Proficient in using digital platforms for communication, scheduling, and operations.
  • Genuine passion for women's wellness and community building.
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Language Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with members, clients, and team members.

    (Note: Chinese proficiency is essential for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.)
