Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Manage the daily car park operations within a group of car parks

· Plan and ensure efficient manpower deployment

· Co-ordinate and liaison with clients on operational issues

· Provide customer service and attend to feedback

· Perform timely revenue audit checks and car park inspections so as to maintain high level of service standard at all times

· Liaise with customers' claims for refunds on erroneous charges

· Preparation of circulars and information for clients

· Ability to motivate staff and to ensure that staff are properly trained

· Preparation and submission of reports as and when required

· Travel to site to resolve issue as and when necessary

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the service sector

· MS Office proficient

· A good team player and able to work independently

· Possess own vehicle
