We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Retail / Showroom Assistants (Part-time) to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, have a flair for fashion and jewellery, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product selection.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features and craftsmanship of our jewellery collections.
  • Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and visual display.
  • Support day-to-day retail operations including cashiering, sales processing, and stock replenishment.
  • Assist with inventory handling, packing, and product organisation.
  • Participate in events, pop-ups, and promotional activities as needed.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional shopping experience for all customers.
Requirements
  • No experience needed (training will be provided).
  • Passion for jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outgoing, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to commit to part-time hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Team player with a positive mindset.
