Job Description
- Preparation of ingredients
- Following recipies and cooking methods strictly
- To be familiarised of all menu items, recipes, methods of preperation, and presentation standard.
- Making of in-house sauces
- Ensure that food are properly stored
- Keep in check stock count of ingredients and feedback to Chief Cook on requests for replinishment of stock
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standard
Requirements
- Good knowledge of culinary techniques
- Ability to contribute ideas for new menus
- A team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
