Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Site Executive to join our project team. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to support the daily operations of construction projects, with a focus on documentation, reporting, and site coordination. You must be able to work independently and be comfortable attending site regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day execution of project activities
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including:

    Risk assignments

    Method statements

    Meeting minutes

    Piling reports

    Submittals and submission documents
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approvals
  • Attend site visits and inspections as required
  • Coordinate and follow up on documentation with relevant authorities or internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and standards
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction or site-based roles (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and reporting standards
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when required
