Roles & Responsibilities

Koncept Image Pte Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Exhibition Project Sales Executive with a positive "can-do" attitude to join us and be part of our team. The Exhibition Design & Build Project Sales Executive will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process for custom-designed exhibition stands and related services.

Reporting to the Senior VP, you will take the lead to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our exhibition design and construction service sales potential, involves selling the services that specialize in creating and building exhibition booths and displays.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the exhibition design and build industry.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, including event organizers, brands, and marketing agencies.

- Present and sell exhibition design and build solutions to potential clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored proposals.

- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to foster relationships and promote services.

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to project completion.

- Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes promptly.

Project Coordination & Sales Support:

- Work closely with the design, creative, and production teams to develop concepts and proposals for clients.

- Ensure that client specifications and budgets are communicated effectively to the internal teams.

- Create detailed sales proposals, contracts, and cost estimates for projects.

- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and project milestones are met.

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals.

- Maintain competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability.

- Address client objections and provide effective solutions to win business.

Reporting & Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and project status .

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

- Manage invoicing and payment schedules in collaboration with the finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales within the exhibition design, events, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of exhibition design and build processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating past sales success in exhibition or event design projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A diploma or certification in marketing, sales, architecture, interior design, or a related field.

- Experience in the trade show or events industry.
