Responsibilities
Leverage extensive B2B sales experience to identify and secure high-value business opportunities in events, exhibitions, retail, and experiential marketing.
Lead pitches and develop strategic proposals, collaborating with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, development) to deliver tailored, comprehensive solutions.
Act as a trusted consultant to event organisers and exhibitors, ensuring their brands achieve maximum visibility and impact.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consistent, meaningful engagement.
Oversee project management tasks as required, ensuring seamless coordination and communication between all stakeholders to guarantee successful event execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma holder in any field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in B2B sales.
Proven track record in sales; experience in the exhibition and conference industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a portfolio of successful deals and client relationships.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Prior experience managing projects or leading initiatives is highly valued.
