Join SmartHire as a Part-Time / Freelance Employment Consultant

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented full time/freelance/part-time recruitment consultant to join our maid agency team.

You will play a key role in matching employers with suitable migrant domestic workers, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring excellent post-sales support.

Responsibilities

· This role involves managing day-to-day agency activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This involves the end-to-end process of the domestic helper placement cycle that includes sourcing, selection, interviews, contract preparation, and client support

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant government agencies.

· Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.

Requirements

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a maid agency with hands-on knowledge of the maid placement process and maid supplier's contact network.

· Must possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).

· Familiar with the MOM regulations and wide industry practices.

· Customer-centric; excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

· Able to work independently and in a team
