Our Context
NeoXam Singapore is seeking an experienced and motivated Computer Software Engineer, also known as Implementation Consultant, to assist the APAC team. This role will be based in SINGAPORE, working closely with account management, the services team, and collaborating with product teams in France.
The successful candidate will join a team of experienced consultants and participate in the implementation and support of solutions, including configuration of new modules and features using:
- NeoXam DataHub: a comprehensive, efficient, and customizable centralized data management solution for financial institutions.
- NeoXam IBOR: an independent Investment Book of Record providing asset managers with up-to-date positions, valuations, and forecasts.
- NeoXam Impress: an integrated solution for performance, attribution, and reporting, with flexible calculation methodologies and customizable workflows.
This role involves focusing on solution implementation and project management within leading financial organizations.
Your Missions
- Participate in NeoXam DataHub and/or NeoXam IBOR implementations at top financial organizations.
- Implement software through customization, workflow definition, and optimization using NeoXam's platform.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve installation and implementation issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide best practice guidance leveraging technical expertise and industry experience.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to meet needs and identify new sales opportunities.
- Assist in presales activities and prepare project reports for management and clients.
- Stay updated on product features and improvements.
- Manage design and configuration activities, analyze client needs, and coordinate project execution.
- Develop and conduct client training workshops.
- Assist sales teams with presales consultancy, presentations, and proofs of concept.
Your Profile
- Engineering or Business school degree, Master's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial software implementation and IT projects.
- For senior roles: 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with NeoXam DataHub is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scripting skills (Java, C, C++).
- Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of financial data feeds from providers like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, etc.
