We are looking for a commercially minded, purpose-driven Marketing Managerto lead our marketing strategy and digital communications. Your Opportunity

As Marketing Manager, you'll do more than just promote a school—you'll help shape how families discover a supportive, globally minded education that enhances their children's lives. You'll have the autonomy to lead a high-impact marketing team, backed by the support of a world-leading brand.

In this role, you'll work closely with school leadership and Nord Anglia's regional marketing team to:

● Drive growth by developing and executing a data-informed annual marketing strategy

● Lead digital campaigns, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and website optimisation

● Position DCIS as the school of choice for families seeking academic rigour and a culture of inclusion

● Align local branding with Nord Anglia's global standards while showcasing DCIS' unique story

● Collaborate with Admissions and school teams to ensure messaging supports enrolment goals

● Promote innovation through new technologies, automation, and a test-and-learn mindset

● Represent the school in marketing forums and share best practices across the Nord Anglia network

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who's excited to lead, innovate, and inspire. You'll be a great fit if you have:

● At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

● Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, paid ads, CMS, email marketing)

● A sharp eye for design and storytelling

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● The ability to prioritise strategically, push back when needed, and lead cross-functional collaboration

● A passion for purpose-driven work that positively impacts children and families

Experience in education, premium services, or international environments is a plus—but not required.
