Roles & Responsibilities
  • Full Time / Permanent
  • Location: Chinatown Office (required to travel to fishery port)
  • Working days: 5.5days (alternate saturday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing Commercial Invoice/Packing List
  • Shipping agency – report arrival & departure of vessels, crew handling
  • Attend to vessels in Jurong Fishery Port & all other agency duties including using port system etc
  • Perform Custom permits declarations for import/export shipment
  • Be available to support operations outside regular office hours, due to the unpredictable nature of vessel schedules, where ships may arrive, depart, or require urgent clearance at any time.
  • Attend to for the administrative duties

Job requirements

  • With relevant working experience in custom permit declaration.
  • Willing to travel to ports, vessels, and client meetings as required.
  • Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage (not compulsory)
  • Required to work on irregular schedules, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays
