Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and meticulous Operations & Admin Support team player to support the daily operational, administrative, and advertising support functions of Ideation Studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, streamlining processes, and ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

In addition to general office and project coordination, you will play a key role in supporting advertising operations — including content scheduling via ad CMS platforms and campaign tracking.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle general office administration, including supplies, filing, and team logistics

· Maintain project and campaign documentation, contracts, and reports

· Assist with vendor management, procurement, and quotation follow-ups

· Assist with finance admin (e.g., invoice collation, petty cash tracking, basic bookkeeping support)

· Support campaign implementation through ad CMS platforms, including content scheduling, asset uploads, monitoring ad delivery, and proof of posting

· Assist in advertisement scheduling and booking coordination across campaigns

Requirements

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Highly organised with good time management and multitasking ability

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team player

· Interest in media, retail, digital marketing, or advertising preferred

· Minimum qualification: GCE A-Level or equivalent. Candidates with relevant work experience will be considered as well.
