The Opportunity:

  • Working Hours: 7.45AM - 4.45PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain process monitoring tools.
  • Performs detailed process engineering design.
  • Develops and maintains detailed process simulation models to evaluate designs and operating scenarios.
  • Reviews and improves designs for operability, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
  • Develops and applies process engineering and design principles to deliver high quality and predictable designs on projects.
  • Support troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in safety studies such as HAZOP.
  • Propose and implement process improvement projects.
  • Conduct plant trials for process enhancements and raw material qualification.
  • Initiates and manage capital projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the process industry (e.g., refining, petrochemical, or chemical sectors).
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of process design, engineering standards (e.g., ASME, API), and safety methodologies (e.g., HAZOP, RCA, SPC).
