Roles & Responsibilities

Junior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily finance operations relating to customers invoicing and collections/vendors and payment, processing of staff claims/reimbursements, follow up on outstanding receivables/payables
  • Record finance transactions completely, accurately and timely in the accounting system and other financial tools
  • Keep and maintain
  • Support monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting financial schedules, and tax computation schedules
  • Support monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation, etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support to the department
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the reporting supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business / Finance / Accounting
  • Fresh grads or students looking for a vacation job are welcome to apply
  • Team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation, analytical and numerical skills
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Able to handle time-sensitive tasks
  • Able to start on short notice would be an advantage
