Admin Assistant (East - Ubi Avenue 2)
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and sales support
- Co-ordinate and liaise with clients / suppliers to achieve quality product offerings and services.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements:
- All nationalities are welcomed
- Entry Education Certificaties / Fresh graduates / Entry level are welcomed
- Required language(s): English, Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
- Meticulous and independent
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
- Hardworking, committed and self-motivated to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Able to work as a team
- Able to start work immediately
- Monday to Friday: 0900am to 0600pm (Full time position only)
