Responsibilities:

  1. Chiller Stock Management: Regularly replenish the store's chiller with our products, sourcing stock from the cold room in the back store.
  2. Inventory Coordination: Communicate with drivers about stock shortages and arrange for replenishment in the next delivery schedule.
  3. Chiller Upkeep: Ensure the chiller area assigned to our products is clean, well-organized, and free of expired or damaged items.
  4. Store Relationships: Foster and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
  5. Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  6. Product Expertise: Stay informed about the company's product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  7. Visit Planning: Collaborate with the manager to develop and optimize store visit schedules as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in merchandising roles is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a supermarket environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
