Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ability to be stationed in cold room warehouse to ensure efficient stock movements.

2. Hands - on to oversee and account for all stock draw out, return stocks and balance stocks tally with warehouse system.

3. Need to approve stock draw out, return stock , stock incoming and return stocks tally with system.

4. Roster and supervise on site warehouse specialists.

5. Hands on working knowledge of perishables, MS xcel, Google drive and IT literate.

6. Similar past working experience in the perishables , FMCG trade is an added advantage.

7. Need to ensure van sales drivers follow and comply with allocated stocks to ensure revenue targets are met.

8. A fast and efficient supervisor with high EQ skills to communicate effectively to various on ground stakeholders.

9. Need to have a valid manual class 3 driving license to drive a 10footer chiller truck for delivery as and when needed.

10. Ability to communicate both in English and Mandarin.

11. Ability to ensure warehouse specialists complete the daily tasks with no loose ends.

12. Ensure daily update of stock inventory in warehouse system / google drives.
