Cold Room Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced warehouse operations manager to oversee our cold room operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the cold room facility, including managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field;
  • Proven track record of success in improving efficiency and reducing costs;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
