Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a comprehensive suite of FX products — including Spot, Forwards/Swaps, NDFs, and Options — for institutional clients with speed, accuracy, and market intelligence.
• Deliver high-touch client service, offering timely market views, trade strategies, and portfolio analytics.
• Monitor client trading activities, margin usage, and exposure in real-time; escalate any breaches or trade errors promptly with full documentation.
• Manage liquidity across Tier-1 and regional bank LPs, ensuring tight spreads, fast execution, and optimal fill ratios.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Leveraged FX desk: position rolls, funding sweeps, margin monitoring, and daily P&L reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate end-of-day reconciliations, trade confirmations, and settlements.
• Partner with Sales to grow trading volumes, deepen client engagement, and develop new solutions tailored to ASEAN-focused institutional clients.
• Engage directly with global clients to support execution needs via traditional voice, GUI, and API/low-latency connectivity channels.
• Collaborate with platform vendors and internal technology teams to enhance eFX trading tools and support algo execution workflows.
• Participate in new product initiatives and infrastructure improvements to support the continued scaling of the FX franchise.

Qualification requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in institutional FX trading, with expertise across Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, and Options.
• In-depth knowledge of API trading, FIX connectivity, and algo execution protocols.
• Strong experience with global institutional clients, with a focus on ASEAN market coverage.
• Familiarity with FX prime brokerage structures, including 3-way or 4-way give-up negotiations, is a strong plus.
• Well-connected with institutional FX clients and bank LPs; proven ability to drive transactional volumes.
• Proficient in FX OMS and multi-dealer trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FXall, Integral,etc) .
• Required certifications: CMFAS Modules 1A, 5, 6, and 6A.
• Strong communicator, confident in managing both client-facing and internal stakeholder interactions.
• Comfortable working public holidays in alignment with global FX market hours.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a high-velocity trading environment.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for supporting Mandarin-speaking clients.
