Key Highlights

  • Working Hours: Mon- Fri (office hours)
  • Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone calls and face-to-face interviews with family referees or respondents
  • Prepare and send letters and upload documents and case notes into the system.
  • Perform data entry, printing, photocopying, scanning and shredding of documents
  • Manage walk-in clients’ enquiries, complaints, and requests

Requirements

  • Min Diploma.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
