Roles & Responsibilities


• Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for managing risks in cryptocurrency operations.


• Identify market opportunities and trends in cryptocurrency risk management.


• Define product roadmaps, set priorities, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in cryptocurrency operations.


• Analyse risk data to understand trends and impacts on the organization's crypto- related activities.


• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks through digital solutions.


• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to develop and launch risk management products.


• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria specific to cryptocurrency risk.


• Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.


• Engage with key stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, IT, and business units focused on cryptocurrency.


• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment with product goals.


• Provide regular updates and reports on product progress and risk metrics.


• Ensure digital products comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards specific to cryptocurrencies.


• Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust product strategies accordingly.


• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory challenges in cryptocurrency operations.


• Advocate for user-centric design principles to create intuitive and effective crypto risk management tools.


• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective product adoption.


• Collect and analyse user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree / Masters in top tier university


• 2+ years of experience or fresher's education and knowledge in risk management or relevant preferred.


• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, technologies, and risk management principles.


• Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital security trends.


• Business level Chinese speaking is required as the candidate will be required to liaise with stakeholders, vendors and counterparts on daily basis.


• Familiarity with cryptocurrency compliance standards and regulations (e.g., AML/KYC)
